Veracity (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a real-time AI sales coaching platform consisting of a desktop application and a web portal. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image via our authentication provider (Clerk).
During active calls, the desktop application captures audio from your microphone and system audio (speakers) for real-time transcription. We process and store:
You may upload documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT) containing product information, competitive intelligence, or sales materials. These documents are parsed and stored for AI-powered retrieval during calls.
We collect anonymized usage metrics including API call counts, token usage, and session duration to monitor system performance and manage costs.
Audio is never stored by Veracity. Audio from your microphone and system speakers is streamed directly to Deepgram for real-time transcription. Once transcribed, the audio data is discarded. Only the text transcript is retained.
We use the following third-party services to process your data:
Each third-party service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies for additional details.
Your data is stored on US-hosted servers. Meeting data, documents, and account information are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. The web portal is hosted on Vercel's global edge network.
Your meeting data, documents, and account information are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual meetings or documents at any time through the portal. To request complete account deletion, contact us at the address below.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management via Clerk. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics cookies are set.
You have the right to:
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), authentication via Clerk, role-based access controls, and rate limiting on API endpoints. The desktop application uses Electron's context isolation and content security policies to protect against code injection.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
