By accessing or using Veracity (“the Service”), including the desktop application and web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the recording of conversations. Many jurisdictions require consent from all parties being recorded. Before using Veracity to transcribe a call, you must ensure you have obtained all necessary consents from participants.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access to the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching suggestions, recaps, scorecards, and other content. This content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it in professional settings. Veracity does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated coaching recommendations.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including transcripts, documents, and meeting recordings. By using the Service, you grant Veracity a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You may export or delete your data at any time through the portal. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Depending on your plan, you may provide your own API keys for third-party services (Deepgram, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or use keys provided by Veracity. You are responsible for any charges incurred on your own API accounts. Veracity is not liable for charges resulting from your use of third-party services.
The Veracity software, including the desktop application, web portal, server-side services, source code, object code, user interfaces, coaching methodology, prompts, models, designs, and documentation (collectively, the “Software”), is the exclusive property of Veracity and is protected by United States and international copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed, not sold.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Veracity grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Veracity desktop application and portal solely for your internal business use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Veracity.
You shall not, and shall not permit or enable any third party or automated agent to:
These restrictions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Any violation of this Section is a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of Veracity's intellectual property rights, entitling Veracity to immediately terminate your license and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief and takedown of infringing copies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veracity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Veracity's total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
